This is my FIRST YEAR signing up for TWO DIVISIONS at the USAV Adult Nationals Championships in Orlando, Florida, from May 22 - 27, 2026!!
1️⃣ Men’s Open Division from 5/22-5/24
2️⃣ Out Of System Coed 6’s Division from 5/26-5/27
… SECRET DIVISION 3️⃣ Out Of System Players Party on 5/25 (cool kids only allowed 😈😈)

I’ve been playing in this tournament since 2014 and it’s been a long time dream of mine to play in two divisions, and enjoy the entire USAV Adult Nationals experience. It’s truly a Volleyball Junkies dream 😎. Which 2 divisions would you like to compete in? Whether you’re a player or spectator, you’ll get to watch some amazing volleyball and meet some amazing volleyball people.

Thank you Morrill Middle School for inviting me to speak at your Career Day! It was such a great experience getting to know some of your staff (especially as a former Teacher myself!), interacting with the students, and inspiring them to start thinking about what careers they want to explore. I wanted to remind the students that it’s okay if they don’t know what to do with school, career, and life. It takes time and effort to figure those things out. Just make sure to start exploring those questions and experiment with different interests to learn more about yourself.

It’s crazy to think that “Content Creator” is now considered an official career, and I’m so blessed to be able to do volleyball for a living 🙏. I tried to emphasize that regardless of what career they end up considering, remember these 3 principles;
1. FIGHT HARD FOR WHAT YOU WANT - The only two things you can control in life is your attitude and work ethic, so don’t expect anything to be given to you
2. EXPERIMENT AND EVOLVE - Don’t be afraid to try new things, and challenge yourself in new ways
3. FIND A MENTOR OR ROLE MODEL - You are not alone; there’s someone out there who has a similar background as you, who has accomplished the goals you wish to achieve, so follow their blueprint and build yourself from there

Thank you Morrill for providing us with breakfast, lunch, and goodie bags! The Career Day also turned into an impromptu Meet & Greet with autographs, photos, and conversations, which was such a fun surprise 😃 Special thanks to Kevin for being a great campus guide and taking care of me today, and Ms. Mina for allowing me to use your classroom and keeping your kids in check! I’m looking for a new Video Editor to take over my Coach Donny content! This includes my @coachdonny Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, and Facebook (different from my Elevate Yourself accounts). The content focuses on my volleyball journey outside of my Tall Ones competitions, such as open gyms, practices, and other informal volleyball events. So it’s more fun, casual, and volleyball lifestyle content 😃

Video Editor Requirements:
🏐 Must be from either Mexico, South America, Central America, or Southeast Asia (Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.)
🏐 Understands volleyball terminology and game play
🏐 Read and write English
🏐 Edit 4K raw video into horizontal 16 x 9 and vertical 9 x 16 formats

Salary Structure:
🏐 You will be paid through a revenue share model, where you receive anywhere between 45% - 70% of the total monthly revenue earned, so the more revenue you generate, the more income you receive!
🏐 You will receive bonuses for certain achievements, such as monetizing the Tik Tok and Facebook pages
