Two years can change everything.
When I look back now, I wouldn’t even recognise the person I used to be. My reflection, my energy, my spirit, all of it has shifted. What started as a simple step into the gym became a journey of reprogramming my entire life. I rebuilt not just my body, but the way I think, the way I show up for myself, and the way I carry my strength into the world.
This path has taught me discipline, resilience, and above all, the truth that transformation is possible when you refuse to settle for less than the life you deserve. It all starts with small new habits.
Today, I stand here as a certified Personal Trainer, offering online coaching for those who feel the same pull I once did. The desire to change, to heal, to rise. My mission is not only to guide physical transformation, but also to help unlock the mental and emotional strength that fuels lasting change.
