Even if you could have learned more easily, those choices were essential for your growth.
Instead of wishing to go back, focus on what you can do now so that you won't find yourself saying, "If I could go back," tomorrow. Start today; let joy into your life. Allow that joy to help you heal. Let healing foster your self-love, which can lead to a healthy relationship with someone who matches your energy—someone who doesn't get stuck in old patterns and who attracts similar issues in different forms.
Set your soul free; there's nothing to lose. We come into this world as souls and leave as souls. Be yourself, be true, and embark on your journey toward joy. What I initially perceived as a failure has turned out to be the greatest gift for my soul.

Tonight, I want to share a personal experience that might resonate with anyone in a similar situation.
I’ve come across a homeless man near the gas station close to my home. Over time, I offered small acts of kindness— giving money with my sister-in-law, another time offering coffee, and another time snacks. These were simple human gestures, nothing more.
Today, I was out with my sister-in-law and her two children during our evening walk. We stopped for coffee and doughnuts, and I decided to include him again—just a coffee and a doughnut, routine kindness.
However, this time, his energy changed.
He shook my hand, then hugged me and didn’t let go when I tried to step back. He held my wrist, came too close, kissed the side of my head, and mentioned bringing a camera next time to capture my smile.
In that moment, I froze.
There were children and my family present. My body went still—not because I agreed, but because I didn’t know how to move safely at that moment.
Later, I reflected on the experience and realized something important I want to share:
Sometimes, intuition speaks immediately—a quiet “no” that arrives before thought or logic. The body responds in freeze— not as consent or confusion, but as a form of protection.
If you’ve ever experienced that, know you are not alone.
What I’ve learned—and want to remind others—is that kindness does not mean access. Compassion does not erase boundaries, and openness doesn’t mean permission.
If you’ve ever second-guessed your freeze, silence, or stillness during discomfort—your system was doing its best to keep you safe.
I will address this situation with the involved space, because awareness and boundaries are essential—for me, and for others who might encounter it.
And I hold this as a reminder: intuition often speaks first. The body follows. Both should be trusted, not questioned afterward.

Time is such a precious infinity, yet it’s unholdable.
It moves faster than anything we know.
The one thing we seem to have endlessly, yet we can never hold or get back once it’s gone.
Isn’t love the same in a way?
We experience it, but we never truly own it.
Even self-love is temporary in this life, because once we leave, whatever love we carried stays here on this earth.
Maybe that’s because we are loving beings by nature.
So I love me.
Not from ego, but because there was a time when no one else did.
I love me not because I always did,
but because one day I realized time was passing with or without me.
And if I didn’t love myself,
who truly would’ve?
I didn’t have many lovers, but the one I did had betrayal in their heart.
I didn’t have many friends, but the ones I had betrayed me too.
I didn’t have the perfect family.
But I had one thing for sure — myself.
And if others could betray me so easily,
the real question wasn’t why they did it…
The real question was why I wasn’t loyal to myself the way I was loyal to them.
So I love me.
Because just like time, I am infinite,
yet somehow there is still a lack of love in humanity.
And I no longer want to live in that reality.
I love me so that when the right lover, the right friends, and my true soul family arrive…
I will recognize them.
Not because they showed me what love is,
but because I was already the love I needed.
