Hello Friends,
As you may have noticed - I didn't have a video to post this week. Life has started to speed up a little bit over here in our neck of the woods.
I've been having significant healing in my back - to the point that I finally started a new project (for a real client) this last week. They have a partially finished basement, and they want the rest of it done! Its a good size project - framing and insulation, new lights, sheetrock and painting, window jambs, new doors, a drop ceiling and more. I've also been filming that projects process.
I also had purchased an old 1979 camper with the high hopes of doing a remodel and update to that - I knew it was in rough shape when I bought it- and Saturday morning, I tore into it... its bad news. I'm super bummed about the condition of the camper. And with winter ever so rapidly approaching, and the other things in life that also need my attention. I can't do what needs to be done with it - so that camper won't be getting a flip - BUT i've got big plans for what can be saved! So I've also been filming that process.
And just trying to enjoy some family time while our area has been blessed with some great weather days!
Here are some sneak peaks of what's been going on, and what I'm currently in the thick of!

Be ready for this Thursday evening - it might be a live video! Or I'll have something uploaded for the evening onto the channel. Either way - I've got some exciting news to share with you all!
Our California trip was a blast, minus some of the vehicle repairs that we had to do while on the road. Hopefully very soon there will be a small series or a loooong video with all the fun of that trip.

We were able to check these out while in California, it wash such a incredible experience.

We’re getting ready to take a family trip to a very photogenic location, so I’m trying to learn a new skill!
We’ve had this Canon Rebel camera for many years, but I’ve never learned how to use the settings on it.
I just snapped some pics of the camper - (we’re not using the camper for this trip) but there will still be a video coming from this trip when we get back - so look for that Travel Vlog in September!
Do you use a DSLR camera? Where’s the best place to learn? I’ll definitely be looking around on YT!
