CALLING OUT FORMER MEMBERS OF CXS!
If you were once a member of our group (like you've joined our MEPS and such). We are inviting you to join our big collab we are planning with two groups we also lead. We want to welcome many old familiar faces, so if you were once a member please feel free to join!

Hi all, this is a very important announcement we would like to make. This is an announcement involving all groups that we work with (CXS, CFS & SonicMEPz). We’ve come to the decision it is now time to close the editing groups this year (2020 for CFS), we thought about it for a while and we’ve now decided it is best for us to move on.

Why are we closing the groups?
We’re moving on with our lives, I especially am getting tired of leading and MEPS in particular. I loved being part of the editing communities, but I really don’t see myself in them anymore. Leading these MEP groups have been amazing, and I really am so grateful for every editor we’ve had participated in our projects. Nothing bad has happened in the groups for us to close it, we just think now it’s time to say goodbye to our groups after nearly 5 years. I met so many editors through these groups, there has been ups & downs and amazing memories created through them. I am so honoured to have leaded such wonderful groups that have helped editors grow and connect with others.

Why don’t we let someone else take over?
Because I created these groups and I raised these groups. I can’t see anyone else leading them and giving away these groups is like giving away your children. It wouldn’t be the same for any of us if someone else took over.

What will happen to the MEPS?
All MEPS that were created from the groups will stay on the channels, unless of course youtube decides last minute to block any MEP due to copyright. We don’t want to throw away the beautiful projects editors have come together to create.

What will happen to the leaders?
We’re all still here! We’re just going to be creating our own content now or moving on with our lives. You can always reach us in our main channels, and I do have a discord server open for anyone who wants to still get in touch with us.

When exactly will we close the groups?
Every group will finish off with a goodbye MEP which will take place after their 5th anniversary. SonicMEPz will be first to say goodbye as we celebrate their 5th anniversary in May, then we will prepare a goodbye MEP for SonicMEPz. Chxnelxstudios will be celebrating their 5th anniversary in August, and we will also prepare a goodbye MEP for them. CelestialFlameStudios will be lasting for another year as we are only just reaching the 4th anniversary in February. We want to reach the 5 year mark for all our groups, it would be a shame to close them just before they reach it.

We hope you can understand our decision, as it was a tough one to make and I had to think for a while about this, but this decision is something I know I want to make now. Thank you everyone for what you’ve done, and a big thank you to the leaders who are still here today still helping me keep the groups as alive as they could. Let’s have a fantastic final year for the groups!
