Managed to break the 4-hour barrier at the second time of asking, having missed it by 88 seconds at the London Marathon last year 🤦‍♂️

Very pleased to finish the Manchester Marathon in 3:36:17 😁

I couldn't accept missing the 4-hour mark at my first marathon so I'm going again this Sunday in Manchester! I'm raising money for the Dogs Trust and would hugely appreciate any support 🐕🙏

Done a marathon 😎

Absolutely crashed after about 18 miles, threw up at the end 🤦‍♂️

Bit gutted as did 26.2 miles in 3:54 but ended up running 27 miles in total which took me to 4:01 official time 😭

Proud to have done it though and raised money for ‪@dogstrust‬

I filmed an 18-hole course vlog the other day and would appreciate any input on whether you'd be more likely to watch it in one longer video or split into parts (say two videos of 9 holes or three videos of six holes)... ⛳🏌️‍♂️🎬🎥
