THEORY: IS GENO THE NOTHING? 🌑

My Main Theory

I think Geno IS The Nothing.

The Nothing is naturally shapeless, so Geno’s human appearance could simply be a vessel it uses to interact with people. This would connect Geno to the Shapeless Man, while his all-black Void Master form could be another manifestation of The Nothing.

The biggest evidence is Geno’s apparent aging and advancing poliosis. Since The Nothing represents destruction, his human vessel could literally be deteriorating faster because destruction is slowly consuming the body containing it.

Human Geno → aging/decaying vessel → Void Master → Shapeless form → The Nothing.

Geno can already become shapeless on command, suggesting shapelessness isn’t something he becomes after dying—it’s what he truly is underneath the human form.

I also think Geno isn’t really “joining” his enemies. He could secretly be running both factions, creating conflict and stress around the Zero Point. Geno’s obsession with perfection may require pushing the Zero Point to its limits until it shatters without actually being destroyed.

My theory: Geno isn’t being corrupted by The Nothing.

Geno has always been The Nothing.

A lot of other people believe Geno isn’t The Nothing, but is instead being corrupted or possessed by it.

Their evidence is that Geno’s appearance is changing, he’s aging, his poliosis is advancing, and his behavior and alliances appear increasingly strange. They believe The Nothing could be taking advantage of Geno’s obsession with perfection and manipulating him into causing the chaos it wants.
