The podcast is running a little late this week as I was in Switzerland. Developing a podcast has taught me how hard it can be to switch off from "creative mode" and focus on just one thing. My mind is constantly racing with ideas, and learning to pause is something I have to consciously choose to do.
While I’m disappointed that I didn’t release an episode this past Sunday as planned, I’m reminding myself that taking a moment to catch up is necessary. I’m committed to making this a long-term journey, and to do that, I need to pace myself and avoid burning out right at the start.
