What is your favorite tomato-free sauce? Let me help you ditch the tomatoes and instead try these gut-healthy recipe alternatives. I have used canned pumpkin, roasted beets, carrots and roasted sweet red peppers for delicious tomato sauce alternatives. This one small change could stop your acid reflux. When my husband quit eating tomato sauce for dinner, his ulcer healed, and he was finally able to sleep at night. I want the same for you.

Ready to try some greens? Do you have diverticulitis, IBS or colitis? Try them, Only if your gut has healed, are 30 to 60 days from a flare (90 is a safe number), Additionally, your digestion should be restored with no pain, you may be able to enjoy some soft, digestible greens, unless your doctor has said otherwise. My salads consist of raw, organic, baby Romain and butter lettuce--marinated in a simple, lemon and avocado or olive oil dressing with sea salt. Those beautiful spring mixes are hard to digest and I suggest you avoid them. Tip: adding steamed or stir-fried vegetables like beets or carrots to your salad. This will give them body and substance, because it's not a good idea to consume more than a handful of greens at first. Salads are tricky to introduce to your digestion, so go slow. I did not eat raw food for two years while healing

How Can Protein Shakes Be Good for Gut Health?
Bloated and bulging when you drink a smoothie? To solve this problem I suggest that you simplify. Less is more and simple more effective than complicated. Try changing protein powders or the mixing liquids. Try removing some of the ingredients. My years of bloating from protein powders inspired me to create protein power. You will find them on cleansingforenergy.com.
This protein drink is sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free—sweetened with monk fruit. I mix protein power in water and drink—I love them and I live on them. Friends, please leave me your comments and questions

How Can Your Gut Benefit from Protein Shakes? Have you considered adding protein shakes to your diet? Many people have reported feeling bloated, gassy, or uncomfortable after drinking protein shakes. I understand because this was once a problem for me. No one wants to drink a protein shake and have to unbutton their clothing to breathe. However, the convenience of protein powder is undisputable. Health & Wellbeing is a Lifestyle of Tips & Tricks. Protein shakes helped me manage my energy during years touring with my former rock’n’roll husband, Kenny Loggins. Whenever our plane landed in a new city, health food stores were inconvenient—so I brought healthy food with me. Protein powders were the most convenient health food at that time. Therefore, I experimented with every source and brand of protein powder on the market.

“Everyone in Los Angeles is talking about Ozempic!” a client of mine exclaimed. Expectantly, she asked, “Is it bad? Should I try it? I’m so eager to lose weight.” I am not a doctor, but still my answer was “no.” The drug manufacturers acknowledge the side effects present as “possible thyroid tumors, including cancer.” Furthermore, the long term side effects of Ozempic are only tested on patients with Type 2 Diabetes.
Ozempic mimics a hormone, semaglutide, that signals to the brain you are full. The drug also slows digestion similarity to the outcome of Bariatric surgery. However, these benefits come at a cost. As listed on Ozempic.com, users may also experience nausea, vomiting, constipation, and diarrhea. These side effects occur due to the body’s inability to digest and eliminate food naturally. As toxins build, inflammation occurs. The label also lists a risk of pancreatitis, gallbladder issues, kidney failure, and worsening of vision.

Does chronic inflammation, anemia, fatigue, or muscle cramps often debilitate you? If so, a trace mineral deficiency might be the problem. Trace minerals, also called micro minerals, are necessary minerals that encompass less than 0.01% of total body weight.

Human parasites are often invisible to the eye—many are microscopic bacteria, hidden intestinal worms, or various parasites. Does your belly bloat no matter what you eat? Do you exhibit symptoms like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), such as gas, diarrhea, or constipation? Is fatigue, headaches, or skin rashes a frequent irritation? If so, consider that a bug, bacteria, or parasite may be the cause.
Since parasite testing can be expensive, you may choose to do what I do—a preventative parasite cleanse. My "Bugs Be Gone" formula is the perfect blend of nature’s most powerful antibiotic, berberine, and a strong, natural anti-fungal and antibiotic, grapefruit seed extract. Combined, these two ingredients are even more effective. In fact, many of my clients report "Bugs Be Gone" eradicated their small intestine bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) when pharmaceutical drugs failed.
A special diet or fasting is not required for this formula to achieve results. However, keep in mind, that sugar is bacteria's favorite food. For optimal results, avoid sugar, as well as wheat, dairy products, as well as processed and fried foods. Read more at daretodetoxify.com/parasite-cleanse/
