⚡️This CounterArgument Is WRONG⚡️
No disrespect to Stan Lee, rest his soul, but this argument people use is terrible for many reasons.
1. This argument immediately makes no sense in VS BATTLES because 2 characters from different verses, cannot be written to BEAT EACH OTHER. At best that would be a stalemate.
2. The writers of the source material ARE NOT writing my video, or the video of someone else, or a debate 2 people are having.
If im comparing 2 different characters based off their feats and statements, then I AM the one coming to the conclusion and NOT the writers.
3. The mere concept of “Death Of The Author Fallacy :
“The meaning of the text is not determined by the authors INTENTION, but rather the INTERPRETATION of the reader”
Now for an analogy.
Let’s say a writer had a human with character with street level stats, with no statements or feats, and they then said this Human can solo marvel, or dragonball, or Godzilla or whatever verse it is….. would you believe them despite the overwhelming evidence going AGAINST that fact?.
Yeah I’m totally gunna believe a human can solo composite Godzilla just cause a writer SAYS they can. Even though fodder Godzillas can casually destroy cities.
This argument is blatantly stupid and we should let it go. IT DOES NOT WORK
