An aging man chasing the 4-minute mile while sharing my experiences and expertise I've picked up over the 25+ years of running and coaching.

Whether you're just getting started or are an experienced veteran, I will address some common topics like goal setting, fueling, finding a good training program, best shoes/clothes to wear, and running form, as well as some not so common topics like how to design your own training program, how different workouts train different energy systems, and much more!
