A new city builder just popped up on my radar… and I’m curious what you think? 👀

Is this actual competition… or just another trailer that looks better than it plays?
I’ll be honest... parts of this look REALLY interesting, especially the terraforming and the 1:1 scaling.
But after everything we’ve seen with launches lately… I’m cautiously optimistic.

What do you think, is worth covering on the channel as more comes out?

With Iceflake adding Recolor-style functionality into vanilla Cities Skyline 2…

It makes me wonder, what mod actually deserves to be next? Not to break the game, but to make it better and more stable.

Iceflake Studios is working on new patches for Cities Skylines 2.
If you could force ONE major improvement in 2026, what would it be?

It’s been a bit since the last Riverbend Peak County episode.

Episode 6 is now live, and it tackles a traffic problem that finally pushed the city past its limits. We step back, look at what broke, and work through how to get things moving again.

If you’ve been following the series, thanks for sticking around. If you’re jumping back in, welcome back. For the first time, you can find this save on PDX Mods: mods.paradoxplaza.com/mods/128282/Any

Alright mayors there have been some amazing dynamics added to Cities Skylines 2 recently, but… be honest!

What’s got you most hyped for the Bridges & Ports DLC?
New infrastructure, fishing fleets, and those massive cargo hubs are on the horizon… it’s about to change how our cities move and trade!

4,000 City Builders Strong!
This is unreal, over 4,000 of you have officially zoned this channel to higher density! I’m seriously blown away.

Every single comment, like, and laugh we’ve shared over the last year and a half has built this community brick by brick. You’ve turned what started as one small zoning project into a full-blown city of awesome people who love city-building, traffic and transit as much as I do.

I can’t thank you enough for all the encouragement, patience, and positivity. You’re the reason I keep showing up and creating.

Until next time, keep building, keep fixing that traffic, and keep creating cities and controlling chaos.❤️

Colossal Order just shared a peek at what’s in the works: bridges & ports, bikes, old town assets, tram stations, tourism fixes, and even a proper mail rework.

If you could fast-track ONE of these into your city tomorrow, which would it be? If an option isn’t available, drop the idea in the comments!

Hey city builders, I came across something pretty cool. Citystate: Metropolis is coming out in Q1 2026.

It’s being pitched as a city builder where you can go from a small sustainable town all the way up to a massive futuristic metropolis. The part that caught my eye is the grid-less zoning, generated buildings, and the fact that everything looks super customizable.

What do you think, should we check this one out on the channel when it hits the shelves? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gf5yA...
