Nothing Goes to Waste! 🥣♻️
Remember all those veggies I chopped while testing the Fullstar Vegetable Chopper? Well…they weren’t going to waste! 😋
I turned them into a big pot of Hearty Vegetable, Three-Bean & Plant Chicken Soup for dinner.
I used:
🥔 Potatoes
🥕 Carrots
🧅 Onion
🫑 Bell pepper
🫘 Leftover frozen chickpeas, black beans & white beans
🌱 Daring Plant Chicken
🍅 Tomato paste
🌿 Italian seasoning
🧄 Garlic + my favorite seasonings
🥣 Vegetable broth
I sautéed the chopped veggies first, then added the tomato paste and seasonings, followed by the beans, plant chicken and broth. Let everything simmer until the potatoes and carrots are tender and all those flavors come together. Simple, hearty and made mostly from what I already had!
One thing I want to do here on The Divine Chef Tested™ is more than just test products. When I test a kitchen gadget using real food, I want to show you what I actually make with it afterward.
Because around here… nothing goes to waste! ❤️

Yes, it works! 🙌 I used the smaller chopping blade and look at those little carrot cubes! You will have to cut the carrots in half or thirds first.
