The purpose of our content is to create a transformative experience, not to "replicate" or "replace" the original material. None of our videos are direct reuploads. They are transformative ranking compilations that include shortened and edited clips to improve pacing, remove unnecessary sections, and fit the ranking format. Each video features original commentary through on-screen text offering opinions and insights, along with numbered rankings, custom titles, background music, transitions, and sound effects to enhance the viewing experience. Furthermore, we did NOT use a SINGLE clip alone; instead, we always combined MULTIPLE different EDITED clips together to create ONE transformative ranking video. We don't upload without adding any of our own ORIGINAL work to it. This qualifies as transformative fair use under U.S. copyright law.
