My client “Tabitha” is down 46.6 pounds in 10 months🔥💪

This transformation started when she realized more restriction was NOT the answer…

She was exhausted, frustrated, and felt like nothing she did was working anymore…

When Tabitha came to me in April 2025, menopause had completely disrupted everything she used to do to lose weight.

She was working out consistently.

She was eating super restrictive all day trying to “be good”…
& then binge eating late at night because she was starving and depleted.

➡️ Restrict all day
➡️ Lose control at night
➡️ Feel ashamed
➡️ Promise to start over tomorrow

Meanwhile, the scale barely moved for the longest time.

She thought she needed to work harder…
She thought her body was broken…

So we changed the strategy.
✅We pulled back on the HIIT cardio that was raising her cortisol levels even more
✅We had her train smarter not harder.
We incorporated more core and functional strength training.
✅We gave her balance with a planned “cheat” meal so she wasn’t stuck in the restrict → binge cycle anymore.
✅We incorporated inner healing work for emotional regulation so she could break the binge cycle at the root

And that’s when everything started shifting🔥

She didn’t need more restriction❌🥗
She needed a plan that actually worked with her body instead of against it.

Now she eats in a way that supports her menopausal body…
The late night binges are gone…
And the results speak for themselves💪

I didn’t lose 32 pounds because I found a magic workout🪄

I lost 32# when I changed my identity.

I remember looking in the mirror and hating what I saw.

Not because my body wasn’t enough…
But because I knew I wasn’t living in alignment with who I was capable of being.

And the excuses had to go❌
The standards had to raise💪

The difference wasn’t motivation
