I remember standing in front of the mirror not even recognizing the woman I saw staring back at me…
I was the head of the personal training department.
I was supposed to look the part.
And I was standing there at 176 lbs hating everything I saw.
Exhausted. Anxious. Drinking to numb how I felt about my body. Binge eating in secret. Starting over every single Monday.
I had tried EVERYTHING!
Keto. Intermittent Fasting. Beachbody. Insanity. Hours of cardio every day!
& Nothing worked.
