There is much to learn from the Hebrewness of the bible. We need to understand God’s word from the perspective of the language and culture that was given so that we know what God is saying. The Hebrew perspective of the bible is the key to give us the nuance, depth, and clarity to how we must live today.
Be truth seekers and embrace the truth of what the bible says, even if sometimes it may conflict with existing thoughts and ideas. It is truth we seek.
The truth of God can be examined, verified, tested with all vigor, and it will remain true.
“The instruction (torah) of YHWH is complete, repenting [restoring] the nephesh. The eyewitness of YHVH is made sure, making wise the simple-minded (Psalms 19:7).”

This channel is dedicated to teaching the Bible by showing what the underlying Hebrew text is saying. Very often, we find it hard to understand what we read in the English translation and that is because a translation cannot express an ancient language very well or very completely. A translation is purely good for general reading and will be very challenging for anyone pursuing a study as it is not easy to translate from the Hebrew. You may also find certain theological bias creeping into the translation and this is understandable given it is a human involvement.
The teaching videos strive to highlight and uncover the Hebrew meanings and culture so that those of us who do not know Hebrew can actually understand easily what the author intended to say in the Hebrew and what the original audience would have heard and understood. These videos are NOT sermons and they do not feature anecdotes and stories or applications. Use them to learn what the underlying Hebrew text says to gain clarity of the English translation you are now reading. Once you know what the underlying text is saying, you can develop your own instructional material for your own purposes.
Be clear that knowing the underlying Hebrew is not to lead you to become a Jew in any way. Just to be able to grasp what the Scripture is saying to enable you to get more excited to know God.
