Spirit of Japan TV is run by Karl, Neil and Scott, three permanent residents of Japan who, combined have been living here for over 70 years.

Spring is such a good time to visit Japan. Along the Saho RIver in Nara is a path lined with blosom. During the day, it's very popular, but in the evening, it is completely deserted! It's great to search out the hidden spots in popular areas of Japan that no one else knows about!

October is a beautiful month in Nara, Japan. The end of summer brings cooler weather and as we wait for the red autumn leaves to arrive, there's still a chance to enjoy the incredible lush greenery in the forest. Mizuyachaya 水谷茶屋 is an old tea house in Nara park. One of the most picturesque buildings in the city, and a gorgeous place for some lovely Japanese food!
