tips for new paper, dragon makers:

-use card stock or cardboard, preferably thin cardboard if you want to cut easier

-you can also use posterboard

-I use hot glue for my paper dragons

-I do let inspo NOT COPY( if you like the eye shape you can use it)

-use bright colors (only if its your style)

-Paper works too just not as good for support.
