Happy New Year! Last year I started posting on YouTube little by little. Thank you very much for watching! On New Year's Day, we prepared Osechi (New Year's Day meal). My daughter also helped me pack the Osechi. We had it for lunch on New Year's Day with the whole family. My son has many likes and dislikes about food, but he said it was yummy! I thought again how nice it is to be able to make dishes to your own taste (or your family's taste) at a low cost when you make them by yourself. I will continue to post how to make Japanese dishes with as few ingredients as possible. あけましておめでとうございます。昨年から少しずつユーチューブの投稿を始めました。見てくださっている皆様、ありがとうございます！元旦におせち料理を用意しました。娘はおせちの箱詰めを手伝ってもらいました。家族みんなで元旦のランチにいただきました。息子は料理の好き嫌いが多いですが、美味しい！と言って食べてくれました。自分で作ると安く自分好み（家族好み）に作れて改めていいな、と思いました。今後もなるべく少ない材料で作れる日本料理の作り方を投稿していきます。継続のモチベーションになるので、動画が役に立ったら、チャンネル登録といいねボタンをよろしくお願いします♪今年も皆様にとって、実り多い一年でありますように。
