Behind every video we post…there’s a whole world of ministry happening when the cameras are off.
This week our team was out in the freezing cold with our unhoused friends—sharing food, conversation, prayer, and the love of Jesus. Different ages, different backgrounds, different church traditions… yet one mission: to love as Jesus loved.

When you look at the picture, you’ll notice the big space heaters.
Those were only possible because people gave selflessly.

And out there in the cold, those few moments of warmth weren’t just physical comfort—they opened doors for dignity, honesty, hope, and the presence of Christ.

As John Wesley once said, “You have one business on earth...to save souls.”
A reminder that the Gospel is not just something we believe… it’s something we live.

Jesus said the entire Law is fulfilled in this:
“Love your neighbor as yourself.”
That’s it. That’s the mission.
Not perfection. Not performance. Love.
Love that shows up.
Love that sacrifices.
Love that reminds people they have not been forgotten by God.

If you want to see what revival really looks like…
It looks like a simple meal.
A warm conversation.
A prayer on a sidewalk.
A moment where someone finally feels seen.

My prayer is that this encourages YOU (wherever you live) to let your faith move beyond belief into action. To step toward people, not away. To love boldly, generously, and without fear. This is the kind of faith that changes lives.

We don’t do this for views or for praise.
We do it because Jesus did it first.

Hey friends, quick update for my Truth B Told family.

Tonight our team is heading back to host an event at Beverly Farm, a residential community here in Illinois that serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It’s an incredible place filled with some of the most joyful, authentic, and loving people you’ll ever meet.

Every time we go, we’re reminded why Jesus calls us to serve “the least of these”... because He is already there. God moves in powerful and beautiful ways at Beverly Farm, and we’re believing for the same tonight.

Because our team is fully committed to tonight’s outreach, there will be no podcast stream tonight. We’ll be back soon with more teaching and conversations, but tonight our focus is simply to go love people well.

If you think of us, please pray. 🙏
Pray for joy, peace, openness, encouragement, and the presence of Christ to touch every heart we encounter.

🔥 Last Night’s Prayer Gathering Was a Reminder of What’s Possible Anywhere
Once again we saw what happens when believers humble themselves, open their homes, and seek Christ first...the Church becomes alive.

People prayed.
Scripture was read.
Worship rose.
Hearts were encouraged.
The Holy Spirit moved.

A clear theme came forward:
✨ Be set apart for God’s purposes
✨ Don’t grow weary — the harvest comes in due season
✨ Be a lighthouse beacon to your family, neighbors, and community

There is something refreshing and transformative about simply gathering, being real and honest before one another, and letting God do what only He can do.

We’re now entering our fourth year of doing this, and God has changed countless lives across our region and nation...all through simple, Spirit-led prayer gatherings like this.

This is the beauty of the early Church model....it can happen anywhere. 
When people make space for God, He fills it. 🔥
