Hello Ladies & Gentlemen.๐ I hope that you're all doing very well on this fine Friday?
Firstly and most importantly, I would like to say a big thank you to those who commented in my last community post a few weeks ago! How has it been that long already?๐คชAnyway, it was very nice to receive words of comfort and encouragement from those who took the time to write. It really meant a lot because as I'm sure you know, 2026 hasn't been the best year for myself (personally) with my ongoing struggles with mental health and recently with my mother's health.
Thankfully, even though she continues to struggle with arthritis in both knees everyday, she is feeling much better now compared to how she was a few weeks ago.
Also, I feel a little more upbeat about life and the prospects of continuing with the channel which I know you folks enjoy and I really appreciate all of your support so far.
Because things have improved in recent times, I'm delighted to declare that since my last community post, I have been venturing out and about once again to record more videos of the UK. So far, I've completed 2 recordings with a Walking Tour of Whitchurch and an ASMR Walk around Haughmond Hill (a beautiful woodland near the town of Shrewsbury). My plan at this current time is to try to record another 2 or 3 videos before I edit & release all of them right here on the channel.
If all goes according to plan, I hope to be releasing more videos again sometime this August. But I will be sure to keep you folks up to date as soon as I possibly can.
In the meantime, whilst I'm still out and about recording videos, I have recently started to post my photographs of every place I've visited on the channel to date. Some I haven't had chance to release yet but I'm sure we'll get to that at some stage. ๐If any of you kind folks want to follow the channel on Instagram, please feel free to click the link below, give us a follow & I hope you'll enjoy the photo's and facts I provide too.

To give you folks a little taster, I've added a couple of photographs of Haughmond Hill & Whitchurch in this community post, to show what will be coming up very soon.
I think that's about everything covered for now. Thank you once again ladies & gentlemen for supporting the channel so far. I'm sorry I haven't been able to release more videos but I'm working very hard to rectify that as we speak.
I hope you will have a wonderful upcoming weekend and I'll see you soon.
Take care, stay safe & happy exploring! ๐โค๏ธ

Hello folks.๐ I hope that you're all doing very well?
As you can tell by the image attached to this YouTube post, unfortunately, there won't be any new videos this week. Before I give an explanation as to why, you folks have my sincerest apologies for not providing you with any brand new videos.
Unfortunately, 2026 hasn't been a very good year for myself. I haven't been able to be as productive as I would ideally like to have been. Behind the camera lens, my mental health has taken a bit of a hit. I've been struggling this year to cope with my anxiety & depression. I'm trying my hardest to cope, but it has been extremely challenging. As a result, itโs been difficult to find the motivation to venture out to every location that I have been able to create so far in 2026.
This week alone, I had a bad panic attack whilst I was travelling to one of my destinations for filming. It's not the first time this has happened, but it's always really frightening when these attacks happen.
That's the first thing. The second is that my Mother has recently injured herself and suffering a bit with her own mental health. I haven't been able to travel anywhere to film many new videos because I've been looking after my Mom as well as my youngest sister (who has learning disabilities). Thankfully, my mother is already feeling a lot better, but she's not quite back to 100% yet.
I am hoping that once everything has returned to some kind of normality, and if I'm able to cope better with my mental health struggles, I will be able to venture out and about once more to record more destinations in the UK for you folks to see. I don't have a timeline as to when I will be returning with any new videos, but I will keep you all informed. But the important thing is that I will be back. Don't you worry! I will be out and about once more to create new videos & I will try to return as soon as I possibly can.
I hope that you folks will understand, especially with the challenges I've been facing throughout 2026 so far. I'm sorry that I'm not able to provide anymore new videos at this time. I'm still very thankful for your support. It's been amazing to share this venture with you. Thank you to everyone who has subscribed and who have commented on the videos I've created so far. It really means a lot!
Take care, stay safe & happy exploring! ๐โค๏ธ

Happy Friday everyone. ๐๐ I hope that you're all doing very well?
Here are a few photographs I've been able to capture of Granville Country Park. If any of you folks haven't seen our latest video yet, Granville Park is a relatively unknown nature reserve in which is situated in the modern day town of Telford (Shropshire). However, during the late 18th & 19th centuries, the park was once a thriving area during the industrial revolution. Whilst strolling through the park today, some of the industrial history remains with the ruins of Old Lodge Furnaces and an old winding house. It really is a fascinating & beautiful place to have a gentle and peaceful walk amongst the greenery and the countryside.
For those who haven't seen the video yet, here's a link for our latest ASMR Walk around Granville Country Park:

More Walking Tours and ASMR walks of the UK will be available soon. Until then, I hope you folks will have an absolutely wonderful weekend. Take care, stay safe & happy exploring! ๐โค๏ธ

Hello one & all! ๐๐ I hope that you are all doing very well?
Itโs that time once more with another brand new video on Danโs Walking Tours UK. This time around, we have an ASMR Countryside Walk. This particular walk was mentioned to me in my Walking Tour video of Much Wenlock by โช@WhitewashTheThirdโฌ who used to live in the town. They informed me of a beautiful walkway which was used as an old railway line as well Gaskell Field, which is used for the local games that inspired the modern Olympic Games. So, in our latest walk, weโll be discovering these as well as the location for the towns old railway station.
Itโs a little bit overdue, but I thought it would be an idea to show you folks how beautiful this particular walk is.
Our latest ASMR video of Much Wenlock will be available this Saturday (9th May 2026) at 11am UK time.
I hope you folks will enjoy our upcoming video. Until then, have a wonderful week & upcoming weekend. Take care, stay safe & happy exploring! ๐โค๏ธ

Hello everyone! ๐I hope that you're all doing very well?
My sincerest apologies!! During the editing phase of my videos, I'm normally very thorough with my work. But this time around, I noticed after I released our latest creation around the Shropshire town of Oswestry that there was a couple of errors within it. So, I've decided to take the original video down immediately and sort out the mistakes.
I always try to make sure that I set the highest standards for myself & create the best quality that I possibly can, but I slipped up this time around. I'm very sorry about this folks. I have now completed corrected the errors I made in the original release and I shall reschedule the video for tomorrow (Sunday 26th April 2026) at 11am instead.
I hope that you will all enjoy the second attempt at my latest video when it will be available tomorrow. ๐คช Have a wonderful weekend folks. Take care, stay safe & happy exploring! ๐โค๏ธ

Hello one & all around the globe! ๐I hope that you're all doing very well and have a had a wonderful week so far?
How time is literally flying by folks! It doesn't seem 5 minutes since our most recent video release. Now though, it is time for our latest creation with a Walking Tour around the Shropshire town of Oswestry.
The question I ask for this tour is whether Oswestry is a place that is worth visiting, or whether it's one to avoid. The reason I ask this question is because the town has a bit of a mixed reaction as to whether it's a good place. Some say "Yes" and others say "NO". Also, Oswestry is featured in a video from another channel called Turdtowns, and they place the town 5th in the worst places in Shropshire. But I wonder whether that is justified or not? We'll be finding that out together!
During our tour of Oswestry, we'll be viewing some key sites landmarks such as:
1) St Oswald's Church - Stunningly beautiful property which has been a place for around 900 years
2) Cae Glas Park - Public green space that was once home to a mansion, but was later converted into a gorgeous public park in the early 1900's
3) Borderland Farmer Statue - Designed by local sculpture, Ivor Roberts-Jones, it was unveiled in 1990 to commemorate the site of the old livestock market in the town
4) Old Chapel Court - Modern shopping alley which was once a graveyard for the former English Baptist Church (situated on English Walls)
5) Oswestry Guildhall - Constructed in 1893, it was the third Guildhall to be constructed in the town. It's also home to a museum about Oswestry
6) Oswestry Castle - Situated on Castle Bank, the old castle was destroyed during the English Civil War in 1644 and was the home of the FitzAlan family for centuries.
Our tour of Oswestry will be released this Saturday (25th April 2026) at 11am UK time. I hope you will enjoy our new video. ๐ Have a wonderful rest of the week & fast approaching weekend. Take care, stay safe & happy exploring! ๐โค๏ธ

Hello everyone! ๐I hope that you're all doing very well and have a had a wonderful week so far?
My sincerest apologies for being away for so long! If any of you folks read my previous community post, for many reasons, I have fallen behind and have been playing a little bit of catch up.
However, I am now delighted to say that we are back!! ๐ฅณ๐ For our return, we will be having a relaxing ASMR walk around a hidden woodland within the Shropshire town of Church Stretton.
This forest is an area you might, or might not have heard of before, but our latest hike will be around Rectory Wood & Field. To give you folks a quick history lesson about the wood, this 10 acre (4 hectare) area was landscaped in the year 1770 by local Reverend John Mainwaring. What's fascinating about this story is that Mainwaring was friends with the great English Landscape designer, Lancelot Capability Brown. It's unknown whether Capability Brown was involved in the project. However, records do indicate that he visited the town of Church Stretton. It's something which is still debated to this day.
Rectory Wood is part woodland and part meadow, which comprises of steep banks, the old town brook, an artificial pool and the remains of a Gothic pump house.
There's lots to see here, but because of the nearby hiking tourist destinations of Carding Mill Valley & The Long Mynd, Rectory Wood is missed out by a lot of visitors and locals. However, that's why I'm here to show you how fascinating and beautiful this wooded area is.
Our ASMR Walk of Rectory Wood & Field will be available this Saturday (11th April) at 11am UK time. I hope you'll enjoy the upcoming walking video? ๐
Have a wonderful rest of the week & fast approaching weekend. Take care, stay safe & happy exploring! ๐โค๏ธ

Hello one and all! ๐ I hope that you're all doing very well & are having a wonderful week so far?
As the captions on the picture on this community post tells you all, unfortunately, there won't be a new video for you folks to watch this weekend. 2026 hasn't been the kind of brilliant start to the year as I was hoping for. There's a few reasons as to why this has been the case but I'll quickly go through them to give you kind folks an explanation.
At the start of this year, I was hoping to do a couple of winter walks of various locations here in Shropshire. The plan was to record a few videos that I have a catalogue ready for you all to watch in the future. Unfortunately, this hasn't been the case as I was feeling unwell for a few weeks and I wasn't able to travel to the locations I had lined up. As a result, this has put me behind schedule to which I'm still playing catch up.
Also, the weather hasn't been too kind, which hasn't made it ideal to travel out and record any videos.
Then, just for a laugh, whilst I was travelling recently, before I arrived at our next destination for the channel, I realised that I had forgotten some of my vital video recording gear. As a result, I arrived at the location and couldn't even record a blooming video! ๐๐๐ This wasn't like me to forget some of my equipment. I'm normally very thorough when it comes to preparation, but this time, my brain (what's left of it anyway) wasn't functioning that day! ๐๐๐
I've also been quite busy away from the channel and haven't been able to commit as much as I'd like to. As a result, I am behind where I wanted to be at this point & I'm now playing catch-up.
All I can say is that I'm really sorry that I haven't been able to release any new videos this week. I was hoping to stick to one video release every fortnight, but I haven't been able to do so this time around.
As we speak, I am now committed to record as many Walking Tour & ASMR videos as I possibly can. I'm not sure when the next release will be, but it's my hope that I can produce a video in time for Saturday 11th April 2026. I will keep you folks posted if anything changes between now and then.
My sincerest apologies once more. I hope that you folks will understand? All I can do at this time is to say thank you for your support. At the time of writing, it's incredible to believe that I'm now at 300 subscribers which is amazing. It's all because of you folks who watch and enjoy the videos. Thank you very, very much! I always appreciate every single one of you.
Have a wonderful rest of the week & fast approaching weekend. Take care, stay safe & happy exploring! ๐โค๏ธ
