Just finished 1500 push ups for the day not long ago not making no excuses, hitting a ab cardio and back workout later as part of my night routine. Don’t make any excuses to not workout, there’s people in this world that aren’t able to look after themselves physically and you have the chance to. Even if your a beginner and you do 15 minute workouts a day it’s better than nothing, life is to short to not have the things you want. Stay Blessed People💪🏽💯
