मैं अनिल कुमार श्रीवास्तव एडवोकेट हाई कोर्ट इलाहाबाद यू पी बार कौंसिल चुनाव में प्रत्याशी हूँ, दोस्तों आप सभी से मुलाकात और अपना निवेदन करने के लिये कई जिलों और तहसील न्यायलयों में जाने पर पता लगा कि बहुत से नए अधिवक्ताओं के बीच इस प्रकार की चर्चा है कि यदि सिर्फ प्रथम(1) वरीयता का वोट दिया जाये और किसी भी वरीयता क्रम मे कोई वोट न दिया जाये तो वह प्रथम (1) वरीयता का वोट 25 वोट के बराबर होगा,और प्रत्याशी को ज्यादा वोट मिल जाएगा ,जबकि ऐसा बिल्कुल नही है इस चुनाव मे प्रत्येक अधिवक्ता वोटर को वरीयता क्रम मे 25 वोट देने का अधिकार है और प्रयेक वोट की वैल्यू सिर्फ एक वोट होती है जब तक किसी बैलेट पेपर के प्रथम(1) वरीयता का वोट पाने वाला प्रत्याशी लड़ाई में रहता उसका प्रथम(1)वरीयता का वोट गिनती में रहता है और दुर्भाग्य से यदि वह प्रत्याशी लड़ाई से बाहर हो जाता है तो उस बैलेट पेपर का द्वितीय(2) वरीयता का वोट उस प्रत्याशी के पक्ष में प्रथम(1) वरीयता का वोट बन जाता है जिसे वह द्वितीय वरीयता का वोट मिला होता है इसी प्रकार प्रत्येक वरीयता क्रम का वोट गिना जाता है यही प्रक्रिया वरीयता क्रम से प्रत्याशियों के स्थान भी लिस्ट तय करती है दोस्तो 1 वोट देने से 25 वोट नही होता है.
