Here’s what almost no one talks about…
It’s not just what you sell… it’s WHO you sell it to.
When you sell B2B, you’re selling to business owners, creators, and entrepreneurs who are already wired to invest in tools, systems, and education that help them grow. They see your product as an asset.
When you sell B2C, you’re selling to everyday consumers who have to be convinced that spending money will improve their life. They see your product as an expense.
That one shift in perspective completely changed the way I create and sell my digital products.
After testing dozens of offers over the last decade (some that flopped and others that hit six and seven figures), I’ve learned exactly which ideas actually make money right now and who’s ready to buy them.
In this week’s episode, I’m revealing 10 of the most profitable digital product ideas and how to decide whether B2B or B2C is your path to $100K and beyond. I hope you enjoy 💛

Why I didn’t do a Black Friday deal… and the pep talk I gave myself this week ☕️
I’ve got a confession for you over coffee today and I’m just going to say it straight.
I felt guilty this week. Like full-blown entrepreneur guilt.
Everywhere I looked people were rolling out Black Friday deals.
Flash sales. Bundles. Bonuses.
And there I was… with nothing.
And for a hot minute I thought, “Tanya… what is wrong with you. Every business owner on planet earth is doing something. You should be doing something.”
But here’s the truth I had to sit with.
Right now, my focus needed to be somewhere completely different.
Not on promotions.
Not on scrambling.
Not on forcing something “just to keep up.”
It needed to be on the five core areas that actually grow a business long term.
The same five areas I coach my community on and evaluate in my own business every single month.
And if you haven’t heard me talk about these before… lean in.
Because this will change everything about how you work.
⭐️The 5 Areas Every Business Should Be Ranking on a Scale of 1-10
This is the simple framework I use to know where to put my energy each month.
1. Building Your House
This is your offer, your systems, the foundation your whole business stands on.
If your offer isn’t stellar… nothing else matters.
This is the place where you turn your brilliance into something people actually want to pay for.
2. Lead Generation
Once your house is built, you invite people over.
This is your lead flow. Your visibility. Your content. Your invitations.
3. Sales & Conversion
Are people showing up… and are they staying for dinner and dessert?
This is the moment someone goes from “curious” to “customer.”
4. Fulfillment, Support & Community
Once someone buys, how are you taking care of them?
Are they thrilled. Supported. Clear.
Will they stay. Will they buy again.
5. Referrals
This is the magic stage where your happy people bring more people.
It is the highest praise for any business.
Now here’s where it gets real.
These five areas are always moving.
Always shifting.
Always pulling at each other like levers.
And depending on what is happening in your business, your rankings change.
When you generate more leads, your conversion ranking may drop.
When your sales blow up, your fulfillment ranking might dip because you are stretched.
When you improve fulfillment, maybe you need to turn your focus back to lead flow.
This is the normal rhythm of a healthy, growing business.
And understanding this single concept will save you years of stress and confusion.
And here’s where my guilt came in…
Right now, the area of my business that needed my focus the most wasn’t leads or sales.
It was fulfillment, support, and community.
We’ve welcomed a huge wave of new customers and clients recently and that stretched us.
So I made the decision to expand my support team and pour time into training them so that our community stays the best supported in the entire industry. Not by robots, but by real people!
And because my energy was here, I wasn’t in “promotion mode.”
I wasn’t in “marketing sprint mode.”
So Black Friday… didn’t make the cut.
And that honestly made me feel awful for a day or two.
Because like every entrepreneur, when you see the masses doing something, you get FOMO.
You feel behind.
You feel like you’re missing out.
But the pep talk I gave myself (and the one I want to pass on to you) was this:
Not doing a Black Friday deal wasn’t a failure.
It was evidence that my business is stable enough and built well enough…
that I don’t have to chase every hype wave to make sales.
Our stuff sells every single day without discounts.
Our offers are already priced incredibly fair.
And truthfully… they’re worth ten times more than we charge.
So I chose peace.
I chose smart focus.
I chose my team’s bandwidth.
I chose long-term stability over short-term frenzy.
And that’s the lesson I want to hand to you today.
Your business should give you freedom, not panic.
For years, I operated from a place of stress and fear.
If I saw everyone else doing something, I thought it meant I had to do it too.
And that way of running a business will burn you to the ground.
Success comes from putting your blinders on.
Knowing what season you are in.
Evaluating your business honestly.
And putting your energy in the right place at the right time.
If you follow the crowd, you build a business you hate.
If you follow your framework, you build a business that supports your life.
And because I know you’re wondering… yes, something exciting is coming.
I didn’t want to slap together a rushed Black Friday promo.
But I am working on something that I’m incredibly excited about.
I’m putting together a brand new training on my long-form content strategy.
It’s the exact process I use to generate multiple sales per day from YouTube while only posting one long-form video per week.
We’ve refined this system using AI tools, frameworks, and some insanely cool scripting processes.
And for the first time, I'm going to teach it.
We’ll likely soft-launch a beta group in the next few weeks before the end of the year.
So if long-form content is on your radar (and it should be)… stay tuned and let me know in the comments (if you got to here in this post, you're my ideal community member 💛)
Your takeaway today, my friend:
Look at those five areas.
Rank them honestly.
Then focus on the one that needs your attention right now.
You will feel clearer.
You will feel calmer.
And you will feel more in control of your business than you ever have before.
And if you ever feel that entrepreneur guilt creeping in because you aren’t doing what everyone else is doing…
take a breath and remind yourself…
You’re building your business intentionally, not impulsively.
And that is exactly why you’ll win.
Cheers to clarity, focus, and actually enjoying the business you’re building.

Over the last few weeks, my inbox and DMs have been flooded.
One of my latest YouTube videos blew up with over 50,000 views in just one week (we're now up to over 96,000 views), which is amazing, but it also opened my eyes to something big.
This was episode I released that broke down my entire process of building an online digital product business.
A lot of the questions and comments that came in weren’t about strategy or tools, they were about mindset.
I saw so many people saying things like,
“Can I try this out and cancel anytime if it doesn't work for me?”
or
“I’m just not sure I’m ready to invest time or money”
and it reminded me of where I started years ago.
I wanted success, but my mindset wasn’t ready for it yet.
AND your mindset being ready for success is VITAL.
This even comes before the tools, tactics or anything else.
So I decided to film a new episode that digs into the six mindset hacks that helped me go from living in that broke level mindset, to building a multi-million-dollar online business.
These are the exact shifts that completely changed the way I think, make decisions, and handle frustration, and they’re the same ones that every high achiever I know lives by.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, second-guessing your next move, or just need a reminder that you’re capable of so much more, this episode is going to light a fire under you.
Grab your coffee (or matcha) and come hang out with me for a few minutes.
By the end, you’ll know exactly how to strengthen your success mindset and start seeing results that match your goals.

A little life update from Iowa… and a reminder your dreams matter 💛
Rikky and I are in Des Moines this week and it has already been a whirlwind of emotions.
We’re looking at properties so we can finally settle down closer to family.
Last night we went to an Iowa Wild hockey game with some friends and had an absolute blast. There’s something about cheering in a cold arena together that just makes life feel simple and fun.
Our plan is to have a place here near his family and a place in Kelowna near mine. We’ve been in North Carolina for so many years and it finally feels like time to plant roots where life makes more sense for us.
We spent the last few days driving through neighborhoods so I could catch the vibe. We even set an appointment with our realtor to look at houses on Monday. And I have to tell you… some of these homes don’t even feel real.
There was one we drove by yesterday that was listed at $2.6M. It had a two-level walk-in closet. Two levels. You can picture me standing there, eyes wide, already mentally organizing my two purses and 10 pairs of shoes LOL.
But here’s the honest moment. Walking through a home like that still feels like a life that belongs to someone else.
Both of us grew up with humble beginnings. We never had much. Just what we needed. Our parents worked hard. We lived in modest homes. And owning multiple houses at the same time was not even a thought for our future. That kind of life wasn’t in our world.
So now when we step into these spaces, we catch ourselves saying, “Is this really our life?” and then we remind each other we worked to be here. We sacrificed. We stretched. We took chances. And we built something incredible from scratch.
Who would have thought I’d make a career out of creating and selling digital offers online?
Or that we’d own an online marketing software company?
They don’t teach this path in college.
I saw other people doing it, I grabbed the right training, and I committed. That was the move.
And I told Rikky this the other day. “We deserve everything we can do for ourselves and others. We’ve worked so hard. Now we need to learn how to enjoy it.”
Here’s the real message I want to share with you today.
Work hard on the right things.
Not the comfortable things.
Not the busy-work things.
Not the “I’ll get to it later” things.
So many people tap out before they ever get started. They give in to excuses. They avoid learning the new thing. They shy away from the scary skill. They back down the second it feels unfamiliar.
Please don’t be that person. Life is too short to rob yourself of what you’re capable of.
Yes, your dreams will take work.
Yes, you’ll have to learn new skills.
Yes, you’ll sacrifice things your old self didn’t want to let go of.
And yes… all of it will be worth it if your energy is pointed at the right things.
Find the mentor, the community, the environment that supports the future you want. That’s what we did. And it’s why our life looks the way it does today.
Before I wrap this up, I want to leave you with a powerful reminder.
Long form content is one of the most valuable assets you can create for your business.
Short form gets attention.
Long form builds trust.
And trust is what turns strangers into customers.
Long form can be:
• A YouTube video
• A podcast episode
• A deep-dive blog post
• A story-driven email like this one
These are the things that create connection. They attract the highest quality people into your world. And they become assets that keep working for you long after you’ve created them.
And if long form content is something you want to master… just keep your eyes open.
I have something special coming for Black Friday that will help you build long form content that attracts clients and customers in a big way. More on that soon.
Cheering you on from chilly Iowa,
Tanya 💛

This version is giving Claude some serious competition.
More human-feel output — The AI now writes like a colleague, not a robot. My captions, emails and course outlines sound more like my voice.
Two modes: speed vs depth — Need a quick post? Use Instant. Building out your flagship course? Use Thinking for smarter, clearer structure.
Tone control — Friendly, bold, quirky, professional… you name it. Now you can tell the tool how to speak so it’s aligned with your brand.
Less editing needed — Because it “gets” tone + quality better, I’m spending less time polishing and more time creating strategic content.
If you’re posting regularly, turning your content into a product, or planning to monetize your expertise — this upgrade just changed the game.

I just dropped a brand-new YouTube episode that will completely change the way you think about selling digital products online.
If you’ve ever felt like your $37 sales aren’t adding up fast enough or you’re wondering how the pros are turning small offers into serious income, you need to see this. I’m sharing the exact strategy I used to turn my first digital product into a million-dollar funnel, and it’s simpler than you think.

When I made my first digital product sale, I wasn’t some polished, big-time influencer.
I was refreshing my inbox like it owed me money and trying to act chill while internally SCREAMING.
(It wasn’t chill. It was full-body excitement and a very awkward kitchen dance.)
But here’s what I want you to know:
That first sale? It changed everything.
Not just because of the money—
But because it was proof that I could actually do this.
That my idea was worth something.
That I didn’t need a big audience to sell digital products online and make it real.
So if you’ve been sitting on an idea, wondering when you’ll be “ready” to launch your online offer...
Here’s your permission slip.
I just dropped a brand new podcast episode all about what that first sale looked like, what I learned, and how YOU can make your first digital sale too.
You can tune in here 🎧 www.tanyaaliza.com/356
Let’s turn your idea into income—with way fewer kitchen meltdowns than I had.

If you’ve ever said, “I’m not big enough yet…”—then this new podcast episode was made just for you.
www.tanyaaliza.com/355
Here’s the truth (and the kicker most people don’t talk about):
A small, engaged audience can be 10x more powerful than a big, distracted one.
In this week’s episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on:
• How I grew a seven-figure business while posting way less than most “experts” (and sometimes feeling guilty about it)
• My student who made $300K in under a year with almost no social media following
• Why trust and connection matter so much more than follower count
• What actually moves the needle when it comes to growing a loyal audience
And I’m keeping it super real (because you know I will). This episode is honest, relatable, and packed with things I wish someone had told me years ago.
If you’re done waiting for your audience to “get bigger” before you start building the thing you really want—this episode might be the permission slip you’ve been waiting for.
