To Win a War (The Jewish Way) offers a powerful framework for understanding today's conflict through the lens of Torah and Jewish history.
"Jewish people really want and seek peace, but there is a war going on that can only be explained by going back to biblical events, from Abraham and Sarah onward. Rabbi Manis Friedman and Dr. Elad Ben Elul put everything in perspective."

Yud Tes Kislev marks the liberation of R. Schneur Zalman of Liadi (1798) from imprisonment in Czarist Russia.
Rabbi Schneur Zalman, a leading disciple of Rabbi DovBer of Mezeritch and the founder of Chabad Chassidism, was freed after 53 days in the Peter-Paul fortress, where he was charged with spreading teachings that threatened the Czarist regime.
His release is far more than a personal victory, it became a turning point in Chassidic history, ushering in a new era of revealing the “inner soul” of Torah. This day is celebrated as the Rosh Hashanah of Chassidism.
