My calisthenics instagram has been blowing up recently and Im so incredibly grateful for all the support I’ve received since staring my Cali journey. As a thank you I want to host a mini giveaway when I reach 1k on YouTube to help anyone that’s also a newbie or wants to start calisthenics.

New video just went live👀✨. In todays video I tried out my new calisthenics workout program for the first week. If you guys saw last weeks video, I created my first ever calisthenics workout split and in todays video I put it to the test 😎🙌🏽 enjoy 🤍
So I FINALLY created my first calisthenics workout split from home as a beginner!! It was about time😅 Today’s video will be coming out at 5pm so stay tuned!
Also if you’re a beginner to calisthenics too, feel free to follow along the same workouts as me as they’re beginner friendly exercises💪🏽
For the next chin up check point short coming out in 3 days, should I use the same purple band I used in the first check point short, or should I use a thinner band since I’ve made some progress since then?
If you’re new here I’m doing a 100 day chin-up challenge to learn to do a chin-up. And every 10 days I post a banded chin-up video where I do as many banded chin-ups as I can to track my progress. Checkpoint video 2 is coming out soon so just thinking which band I should use.

Hi guys,
