Lwk I’ve been feeling like shi the past few days. I’m lacking motivation, yet I wanna keep going but I lack the energy to do so. I find myself doubting myself with everything I do and just hating myself in general. Ik im usually all about “staying positive” and “keeping it pushing” but these days I don’t know if that’s really me anymore. Sometimes I think about quitting, especially with the way people hate on my music and just me in general. I find it hard to keep going when it feels like everyone who you thought would be on your side and back you up ends up putting you down. A lot of people tell me to quit, and lowkey I’ve been thinking about it. But I don’t want to end it now with the way everything is going and all the progress we’ve made. I’ve pushed so hard towards my dream of making it as an artist. It would feel like I’m disappointing the ones who actually cheer me on by quitting. Since I’m now in year 11, the work load from school gets way heavier and more demanding and idk if I’d be able to keep up while doing music on the side. My mum wants me to stop until I finish school and then continue, but I feel as if that would potentially mess up my progress as I’d be leaving some of you guys. If uploads start to slow down then that’s also the reason why. But I’ll try to keep moving forward no matter what.
