I started this channel 6 months into my recovery from alcohol and drug addiction.
My parents ran pub since I was a child and I ran pubs aswell until my addictions caught up with me . Depression, suicidal thoughts, anxiety driven and hopeless I hit my rock bottom .

In this channel I hope to educate on the negatives of using drugs and alcohol and document my journey from suffering from alcoholism and drugs to my new pathway of recovery and onto my new career in counselling helping others like me .
