Sivananda Yogalife

Let yoga be your natural energy booster.
Yoga asanas stimulate blood flow, enhancing circulation, and reducing fatigue, providing the energy needed to stay active. Regular practice of yoga strengthens the lymphatic system that detoxifies the body and is responsible to improve immunity against diseases. Experience the benefits of normal blood pressure, regulated adrenal glands, normal blood sugar, improved cholesterol levels, better sleep, and relief from stress and digestive disorder. Integrate yoga into your daily regimen to protect yourself from illnesses and to promote overall well-being.
Our classes are good for beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners of yoga. These classes are also beneficial for those who have health issues and limitations in the body. People of any age group can join the classes.

Classes at Sivananda Yogalife are very extensive. Apart from the 12 basic asanas and pranayama of the Sivananda yoga sequence that are practiced in every class, we also practice asanas that specifically help with back pain, cervical pain, frozen shoulder, knee pain, digestive disorders, high blood sugar, weight loss, stress, anxiety and depression as part of the everyday classes. One doesn't need to join yoga classes that target specific disorder in the body. Different variations of asanas, vinyasa flow and yin poses that are a regular part of our classes, help work on the flexibility.
