Week #7 I TOOK A MENTAL BREAK.


A break was much needed. I was consistently creating content and posting on this platform for six weeks. Let’s cheers to that! 🥂 proud of myself because it’s the discipline and consistency for me. I challenged myself to show up for you all every day and some days I fell short. However, I still picked myself up and kept going.

The best part about documenting my life is being able to look back at videos years from now and relive those moments. I also enjoy being able to connect with you all and inspire you in unimaginable ways, this is truly a blessing.
