Check this out guys! I lost 38 pounds in 2 and a half Months!! Eating less and doing Cardio everyday. This required patience as I lost about 1 lbs a day but sometimes I gained a pound than had to work harder and harder until I got the results I wanted but 2 and a half months is nothing if you think about it but felt like 2 years haha!
