Sewing is a journey, not a race every thread you pull and every seam you redo is teaching you something. trust the process.

5 SEWING TRUTH NO ONE TOLD ME...if you are new to sewing am about to save you hours of frustration.these are few tins I which someone told me before I ever picked up a needle.

1) IT'S NOT AS EASY AS YOUTUBE MAKES IT LOOKS; sometimes it takes days to finish a dress ,so don't ever think you are a slow learner.

2) CHEAP FABRIC WILL BREAK YOUR HEART; not all fabric is created equal I once bought this slippery satin that would not cooperate _disaster🤦 as a beginner choose cotton
fabric.

3) YOU DON'T NEED MUCH TOOLS TO START; don't waste money buying the gadgets.all you need is a good machine, sharp scissors, pins ,and a seam ripper.

4) SEWING TAKES PATIENCE AND TIME ; it's ok if a simple project takes you hours, that's normal you are learning, be patient with yourself.

5) IRONING IS PART OF SEWING; it makes a huge difference in the final look.
