The channel is run by Salvador Cordova who is a molecular biophysics researcher. Sal is a Young Cosmos/Earth Creationist and Christian who professes the Evangelical faith. He previously served as a scientist and engineer in the aerospace and defense industry and worked for prestigious think tanks like MITRE (Massachusetts Institute of Technology Research and Engineering).

Salvador has 5 science degrees including an MS in biology and an MS in Applied Physics from Johns Hopkins University. His undergrads were from George Mason in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering with a minor in Music, Mathematics with a minor in Physics. He is also now a PhD student in bio-molecular engineering.
