Have You Ever Woken Up With the Room Spinning? 😵💫
This happened to me TWICE in one week.
I woke up in the middle of the night feeling like the entire room was spinning — just like when we were kids and would spin around in circles and then lie down.
Only this time, the spinning didn't stop after 20 seconds.
I learned that one possible cause is BPPV, which can happen when tiny calcium crystals in the inner ear become dislodged and end up in the wrong place.
A TINY CRYSTAL can make the entire room feel like it's spinning?!
