hey, just a heads up on the state of the channel (mainly writing for anyone who comes across it since there aren’t really any active viewers)

I made the decision like 2 years ago that YouTube is not really enough of a passion for me to look at it as a potential career. you can probably tell from “recent” uploads that this isn’t much of a priority for me anymore. that said, I will still occasionally be putting some stuff up on here. I have a cover ready to upload, just wanna get a new pfp up before doing so. I’ve also unlisted most videos on the channel and kept what I’m more proud of public. if you’d like to see any of my past videos, they can all be found in the playlists labeled [ARCHIVE] on the playlist tab.

as for the future of the channel, there probably won’t be much to see. maybe something once a year, but nothing set in stone. there’s also no genre of video that I’ll be sticking to in the future. for the most part, videos I make are mostly put here as a means of archiving my works or ideas, rather than appealing to trends or audiences.

if you not interested in what’s here in the future, I understand, but for the people who are, thanks for sticking around

just a quick update since I haven’t been active on the channel much since the last community post

I’m back from my big trip I mentioned before! it was super cool and I loved seeing all the different sights and spent way too much money. unfortunately, I caught covid during the last couple days and have been sick since last friday, so I haven’t felt well enough to do anything, including the SPLATFEST IM MISSING PEAK :(

anyway hoping to get well asap and do a little thingy on the trip. I was planning to do like a chill vlog thing, but I don’t think I have enough footage to make one worth watching, especially during the latter half of the trip. I did think of something else to do so I’ll prob see how that goes.

thanks for sticking around, sorry for the minimal content since the start of the year but also I’m happy with all the content I was able to bring this year so I’m not too worried about it. hopefully I’ll see y’all soon again!!

hey everyone, just wanted to put out an update on where the channel is headed.

i'm so unbelievably grateful to have been able to get up to 300 subs and i thank each and every one of you. i really did want to do a subscriber special like i've done in the past, but unfortunately i've been so busy with school stuff and, even now that i've gotten out of school, i have a pretty big trip planned in the near future. it's just been so much that i haven't really had the time or the motivation to do anything related to youtube. so, i think i'll be cancelling the 300 sub special, and i'll instead celebrate when we hit an even bigger goal. the ideas i had in mind for the special may become their own separate videos later on, but it may be a while until that happens.

i do have some ideas in mind, and i don't want to share all of them just yet, but i've started thinking of doing a much more chill video related to the trip coming up. i figure i can still have a fun and personal trip while also bringing at least something for you guys. it would probably have a much more relaxed style to it that i haven't really tried before so it's definitely not something that would work with the rest of the content here, but i like to experiment and really just do whatever i want with this channel so i'll probably go through with it regardless of how well i think it will do. i do youtube for fun, not for views.

i think that's everything i wanted to get out, hope all of you are having a good summer break, looking forward to putting out more interesting stuff on here!
