hey everyone! since the holiday season is here, i wanted to help give something to our community. every few days i will be talking about different topics of mental health and other similar things. i believe it is a good way to give back to the community for the holiday season and help those struggling with problems. i know it’s not anything like a physical gift, but i believe that this is a good way to help others before the new year so they can improve themselves! i feel that it is a great gift for someone to just make you feel understood, or make you feel that you aren’t helpless and that can be one of the best gifts ever. i believe that we can always spread awareness for mental health. i can’t wait to start making posts and i hope you can all learn a lot and maybe help yourself and others around you. 🫶🎄
