I'm not a trained chef. I'm just an ordinary mom who loves to cook, and who happens to have a background in television news. But after so many years reporting on all the bad things going on in the world, I'm in need of good news, and great recipes. I like to think of it as cooking with a pinch of faith, because every day I pray that God would bless the work of my hands, and somehow, He does.
I hope to post at least one recipe a week, and even have some of my friends join me in my kitchen to share their own tried and true recipes. Together, we can live life inspired.

Hi friends. I'm sharing a Bonus Video of a trip I took to the Top of the World: Utqiagvic, Alaska. It's unlike any place I've ever been. This time of year, the sun never sets.
