A quick heads-up on the posting schedule for the rest of the 12 Days of Christmas Barbie Alternating Advent. Unfortunately, I had a little hiccup in my production schedule for this series - just work obligations, personal responsibilities (my sweet doggo got sick) and family holiday derailed my intent to create 12 separate videos for this series. 🤗 Sorry! I tried my best! 🤗

Instead of individual videos on Thursday and Saturday, I’ll be sharing a combined finale video (Drawers 10–12) on Monday, which will be the final day of our advent series.

March Payne will still be posting his videos on the original schedule, so be sure to keep following along over on March Payne’s Midlife Dolly Crisis as the other half of the calendar continues to unfold.

I just watched March’s new explainer on March Payne’s Midlife Dolly Crisis, and if you haven’t seen it yet, go watch — it’s classic March: warm, funny, and packed with doll joy.

This year, March and I are joining forces for something truly special:
The 12 Days of Christmas Barbie — Alternating Advent.

Here’s the simple version:
• We both open Box 1 of our 12 Days of Christmas Barbie calendars on December 1
• After that, we alternate posting days all month long (always at the same time of day)
• March is opening the 2023 12 Days of Christmas Barbie doll on his channel
• I’m opening the 2024 version
• I’ll also be creating handmade “dupes” inspired by whatever comes out of each drawer, so anyone who loves these mid-century beauties can join in without hunting the secondary market or chasing collector pricing. It’s about creativity, accessibility, and the pleasure of making something with your own hands.

So you'll get a fresh advent video every day from December 1 through Christmas Eve — some on my channel, some on March Payne’s Midlife Dolly Crisis.
