Happy Halloween everyone!!!💜🖤🎃👻 I really wanted to do that Halloween doll photoshoot but things did not go according to plan and I got sick this week and had to miss school, so now I’m behind on some of my classes😭 I also have a French test coming up so I need to take time to study for that as well! But I was thinking that even though Halloween is over after today, I can still work on the photoshoot and post it later. So I will still be doing the photoshoot, I’m just postponing it!🧡

I usually don’t make posts like these, but this is something that happened to me at school that I wanted to share!

Right now where I live we have lots of rain and wind, but last week it was more windy. Thursday morning I was almost running late for school and got there a couple minutes before class started. When I walked in, I saw some of the teachers (including mine) talking and I walked past them to my French class. What I didn’t realize until I got to my class that the lights were off and there was a power outage! Some of my classmates had their phone flashlights on and everybody was excited because we thought we would get sent home early. But instead they were trying to solve it and we still had to continue with our assignment and notes. We found out right before class was over that the protocol was that we needed to stay in our current class and no one was allowed to leave the classrooms (except for staff). My classmates were crashing out, talking about how we’ll die of thirst and we’ll need to ration our water (which DID NOT happen lolll). Anyways what ended up happening was that the power came back almost an hour later and we were able to continue our day like normal. HOWEVER apparently the school was a few minutes away from sending us home, but then the power came back😭

Soooo this is my story on how I was stuck in my French class with no power!🥲⛈️ Just wanted to share because I thought it was a very fitting event for October👻
