I put together all the Emmrich cutscenes for his quest, main story and romance. I also included whatever party banter (there’s so much Emmrich x Lucanis banter) I could find. It came out to around 3 hours and 13 minutes. I’m not sure if it’s because Emmrich loves to talk or not. I’m planning to do Davrin next and see, but Lucanis was around 1 hour and 36 minutes 🥲 I don’t understand why they sleep on some characters and give others plenty of content. Regardless, I was happy with Emmrich’s romance. It was so sweet and I loved that you could at least ask his favourite colour 💕
Ya girl has been sick in bed, but this has given me the time to compile a video of all important Lucanis cutscenes and some party banter. So if you feel like listening to that beautiful accent for an hour, here ya go. I’m ngl, I am a bit disappointed at how little romance content there is. We were truely spoiled with Baldur’s Gate 3, but that’s okay…. all is forgiven for that one cutscene about breaking apart his perfectly gathered clouds of doom.
A new video is up! I took a break from BG3 this week and decided to look at diversity and particularly focus on lgbt representation in video games. The video was inspired by the addition of top surgery scars to Dragon Age the Veilguard.
Baldurs Gate 3 is a game that was incredibly inclusive of the lgbt community, so it was great to step back and analyse the gaming industry as whole in terms of representation. It honestly made me appreciate the game so much more. But check out the video if you can!
A new video essay is up! This one took a lot longer because I started a new job and have been swamped. Also Shadowheart has sooooo much content. I will probably do a video on her evil ending but this is just the Selune ending for now. If y’all could check it out that would be great because I’m trying to get my watch hours up 🥰 I know it’s quite long, so feel free to just listen to it like a podcast if need be 💕
The Wyllie video is up. It’s a bit longer than the others but there was more to cover. It was honestly really disappointing going through his cutscenes and seeing how much they lacked emotion. I feel like that’s why he came across as soft spoken, as I said at the start of the video. I always felt Wyll was boring, because it was very easy for me to tune out of his dialogue. It’s a shame they didn’t give Wyll the attention he deserved.
