In our last video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZABiY...), we discussed the case of kidsclick[.]org that had just dropped and it was in auction. That domain used to host a kids-safe search engine, and is still linked to by thousands of schools in the US and around the world.
In that video, our CEO made the prediction that the domain would sell for hundreds if not thousands of dollars. As predicted, the domain name sold for more than $3,500!
This is 350 times more expensive than a new domain! The only reason why someone was willing to pay that much, is because they expect that they'll make much more from all the residual trust from schools around the world.
