Protein is just another macronutrient like carbohydrates and fats which eventually make our muscle stronger .

Our muscles are directly attached to our bones, so indirectly making our bones stronger and ultimately make us strong.

This is the easiest definition of protein.

No macronutrient can cause any problem inside our body until and unless there is some kind of specific condition.

Everyone you thinks protein is some kind of alien product and can cause problem, kindly refer to class 8th chapter of macronutrients.

Once i was sitting at my retail shop @beastnutrition.store and 1 client came while i was having my meal ( plain chicken breast and plain rice with some veggies) as its my favourite meal.
He stood besides me and asked me “are you on dieting.?”

I was like NO not at all.
I am just having my meal. Thats it.

So its the harsh truth of today’s world.
People are so much into junk food that even a healthy meal is known as dieting.

We are actually what we eat.
So eat wisely.
Your body is the only physical entity with which you have to live your whole life.
