It is a working Saturday making sure we are ready for the Global Financial Planning Conference in time. This picture gives some clues about me…

I can fondly remember when I watched the first of The Lord of the Rings… I had no idea there would be multiple movies… never read the books…

I was on sick leave at the time and was feeling really crappy. Decided to rent a movie and when I saw the Fellowship of the Ring, I just thought why not.

Wow, did this movie grab my attention. All 3 hours of it.

And then it let me down.

The tention kept building and building. And then it just ended. It would only be afterwards when I started asking questions that I learned its the first movie in a series and the next movie was only due that December.

To this day, I am a big fan of the movie and every now and then I do a marathon watching all 3.

Today, I am combining this with the work I need to do for #gfpc23, with my trusty Rooibos Tea, strategically placed so I can work and watch (not that I would probably take in too much).
