Honoured to be invited as a Core Contributor at the Indian Creativity Consortium (ICC), Bangalore chapter.
The ICC’s focus on building education rooted in creativity, by revisiting trans-indigenous, intuitive, and non-linear ways of knowing, strongly aligns with my work under FIME (Feminist Innovation in Monitoring & Evaluation) Small Awards with Global Evaluation Initiative, funded by Global Affairs Canada | Affaires mondiales Canada.
My work explores how strengthening intuitive capabilities amonf evaluators helps surface the lived realities of gender-diverse people (more relevant when neurodiversity and atypical narratives come into picture), especially those constrained by dominant narrative structures.
The exercise: • Round 1: Using art to explore what blocks creativity - fear, control, rigidity.
• Round 2: We switched groups to interpret and build on other teams' works. Responding to another group's image of a person “jailed” by fear and social norms related constraints, we proposed three interventions:
-- Freedom Express – A bulldozer to deconstruct restrictive narratives (and save the person jailed).
-- Tools in Hand – We give a tool to the person jailed so they can escape. Thereby restoring individual agency.
-- Nature Connection - Tuning sensory and intuitive capacities by connecting with elements of nature - a more internal and introspective way to overcome the rigidities of environment.
A reminder that creativity is not decorative. It’s transformative.
Behind The Scenes: In the studio, crafting the first touchpoint for my FIME Small Awards project. Excited to share the methodology and intent behind my work on strengthening evaluator capacities across the Asia-Pacific.
This is where research meets storytelling. 😉 Making research accessible through storytelling ensures insights don’t just sit in reports, they inform action!
In the world of board games, there are no spectators, only players, strategists, and dreamers. Every box holds a story, a challenge, and a piece of passion.

If you are truly patriotic, remember.. its not about the location, its something about your soul that wants to make the world better.
