Life has been WILD! I’ve been grinding on my KDP publishing, but it’s already September, and I haven’t hit that $100 mark yet. I’ve got three and a half months left to make it happen before the year ends. So, send some good vibes my way—I’m not giving up just yet!
And of course, the family drama is nonstop. They’ve been calling me everything under the sun: dumb, clueless, like I just got out of prison and “can’t read.” But here’s the kicker—I’m the one putting a couple hundred dollars in their pockets every two weeks from my side hustle. The deal was supposed to be 50-50, but the money started disappearing, and when the checks rolled in, someone suddenly forgot what a check even looked like. They showed it to me once but kept cashing it for themselves! Still waiting on my check from my other brother in Houston... but that’s life. People are going through hard times, and you don’t always see the struggle.
As for my sister, she’s out here running around like usual, but keeping her hair game on point (I see you, sis!). But seriously, why go through all that work just to throw on a scarf to “look decent” afterward? Someone make that make sense!
If you’ve got any advice, tips, or just want to send some positivity my way, I’m here for it. Through all the madness, I’m still on the grind, and no matter what, I’ll make it through.
