Hey, just got back from the Red Hat Summit which was an awesome experience but I must have walked at least 50,000 steps just at the summit, so I am pretty exhausted lol

I plan to still do TWIL today but there might be a delay in the live stream. Thanks for understanding. :D

Learned something new today... if you make an old stream public for the fun of people finding them be sure to go into each one manually and tell it not to notify subscribers. ⚠️

I neglected to do that, so I accidentally sent out 16 notifications to everyone who rang the bell (sorry!) and about 150 people unsubscribed from it. 🤦‍♂️

I have since privated all of them again hoping that removes the notifications for everyone else but I guess we'll see. Unfortunate way to learn a lesson. Sorry!

Hey TWILLERS! The next episode of TWIL 299 will not be livestreamed because I have a family event to attend and I'll be traveling on Friday. HOWEVER, This Week in Linux is about to hit 300 episodes so we are going to have a big celebration Livestream on Friday, February 28th at 12PM US Central! We will be celebrating the 300th episode of TWIL! I started TWIL many years ago and we are hitting 300 EPISODES! This stream is going to be epic!

Hey everyone, for those wondering where this week’s episode of TWIL is… we I planned to record the show while I was at SCALE but unfortunately my allergies have been crazy since I got here. My throat feels like I swallowed a lawnmower. I can barely talk so I won’t be able to make the episode this week but I hope to be back in full force next episode.
