When anxiety starts to rise within me, help me to bring every worry to You in prayer. Remind me that I don’t have to carry it all alone. Calm my racing thoughts, steady my heart, and fill me with Your presence. Help me breathe deeply and remember You are near. Replace my fear with faith and my restlessness with Your peace that surpasses understanding. As Philippians 4:6:7 says, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God.. will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. I cling to that truth today and trust that You are guarding me, holding me, and walking with me through it all - Amen🙏
