Greetings beautiful humans - thank you so much for your participation in my "make it greater again" video - we have heaps of amazing suggestions which I have collated as per below and now it's time to select which are most important to us, as the player base. Small Giant staff are very keen to review this information and provide updates on any planned changes already happening in this space (if possible) and to align any developmental opportunities with the feedback we supply.

There are no guarantees any direct changes will come from this however it is a great opportunity for our voices to be heard by the people who are looking to implement positive change.

The limitations on YouTube polls means I have merged two of the categories - please read through the categories and associated changes below and then choose which category is most important to you.

Quality of Life
• Player Retention – Faster levelling of hero’s / account especially for newer players
• Resource control – Balance between Iron / Ham; ability to store excess as crates; Ability to use multiple crates at once; craft multiple items at once in all buildings
• Trade System – Many ways but many risks – Perhaps just between alliance members and a minimum of XX days in alliance to avoid risk of selling; trading your own items for other items with the game directly – E.G use 1 mil iron for 500k ham.
• Community Engagement – Overhaul of chat rooms / chat features to allow better access to help for newer players, perhaps even a strict invite / accept private chat feature; allow chat window to be open whilst farming; alliance leader chat
• Hero Management – More sorting options – filter by skill; separate area for fully levelled; museum to show all hero’s; museum to be more interactive or allow testing of hero; lock hero positions or add more teams without needing to purchase so many
• General – Ability to toggle offers on home screen off without disabling purchases (perhaps after a certain level is reached – E.G 30)
• Alliances – Easy / temporary mergers for events; scope for alliance leaders to control alliance such as banning from war etc



Heros and Mechanics
• Hero Balancing – Ensure old hero’s receive regular stat updates to keep them no less than 20% less power than new hero’s – simple annual / monthly algorithm; More variety in 3* and 4* and balances to keep up
• Hero Portals – Event specific hero’s, remove classic or older hero’s from more portals unless they also include costume
• Hero Mechanics – Combine individual hero’s with dragons for additional skill – perhaps a pet system for older hero’s top keep them relevant
• Hero Control – More accessible reset tokens
• Hero Obtainability – Better mercy rule, mercy rule for each portal; Hero shards from time spent playing to turn into a hero; random very small % drops from playing levels



Events and Gameplay
• War – Spectate mode; costume locking when selected for war; reminder to use flag notification; change to insanity mechanic – only backfire at 100%?; Bonus % for each attack team in war similar to three kingdoms; TP capped war
• Quests and Events – Event and portal to align!; Change to W3K to stop non participation – perhaps 3 alliances vs 3 alliances?; More engagement / entertainment throughout the map stages
• Loot – Tournament loot to get upgrade; better balance of aethers or ability to exchange or recraft in a building; 5* hero as rewards in some events; time of play based rewards – better rewards for the time invested in game
• General gameplay – More expansion / customisation of stronghold; ability to auto farm multiple stages at once instead of one at a time (similar to using loot tix); Ability to replay event stages similar to underroot in Dragonspire
• Major Events – More frequent and better scheduled such as outfitter; Hero coach – ability to level multiple hero’s if not fully levelling – as in, 1 hero fully levelled or two if only levelling part way etc; alliance quest – remove threshold so smaller alliances can also participate
• New Ideas – Different leagues (similar to current raid leagues) but capped on team power or level to reduce imbalances and ensure people are generally vsing others of similar strength; tourns similar – or capped by TP for balance



Dragonspire
• Value – Cost needs to be far lower than main game or include bonus main game items with dragon purchases
• Variety / Events – Needs a totally unique daily / weekly alliance event to promote engagement
• Crossover – Ability to “morph” a dragon into a normal hero for a time period or event – this gives more reason to summon dragons



Overall Value
• Paths – Customised paths so you can somewhat choose the loot
• Odds and Items – Stop reducing odds and free items (aether shards)
• Shop – expensive deals should be far higher value than cheaper deals
• Time Reward – Some sort of meter for time spent playing with tiered rewards each month, reward time invested not just money
• Level Reward – Better rewards with each level
