Happy Sunday, everyone. My page is now officially under reconstruction. I've been taking time to figure out what my audience wants. I'm also realizing that having multiple social media outlets is a juggle? I need to figure out what content is best and is doing the best in each platform.
My original goal was to simply hold myself accountable for my fitness, health, wellness and self care journey but now I'm realizing it's not the best option to post the exact same content on all platforms.
I'm also working on a mire professional look for my page as well as better quality recording/video.
So please bear with me as I navigate through these changes, and I'll be back in April to share these changes.

Today marks 5 months on my health and wellness journey, and I've learned soooo much! I'm nowhere near my final goal. However, I'm in a much better place, emotionally, physically, and mentally 💯.
I started this journey on 8/10/23, my first day walking into the gym my weight was 207.7 lbs, the heaviest I've ever been, today after 5 months of working on me, I'm happy to say my weight is 184.1 lbs. I'm down ⬇️ 23. 6 lbs.
This journey is definitely not easy. every day is a struggle, but I continue to press on.
Thank you to those of you who follow and continue to encourage me along the way, I really appreciate y'all 🙏.
If I can encourage 1 person to start their journey, I've accomplished a lot. For those of you who message, text, or talk to me personally, " Thank you."
Shout out yo my nutritionist @stacygfitness Who gave me all the tools I needed to succeed. Thanks for taking me under your wing , for the tough love, and for saving my life. You are appreciated more than you know ❤️.
I was so exhausted last night that I forgot to post my weigh-in.
Recap: 2 qeeks aging I weighed in at 188.0 pounds. Well, I gained .9 back? Could it have possibly Bern those pumpkin coffee cakes I indulged in earlier in the week, or is it that my exercise routine needs to be changed?
Either way, I'm still proud of my progress thus far. I'm coming up on 3 months of my lifestyle change, and I continue to push forward 💯.
* these leggings are 5 years old, as most of you know Lululemon gear is not cheap, however if you're looking for long last lasting gear that's comfortable, great fit and moat of all doesn't slide or fall down, you've gotta try them! They're worth every penny.
This mornings breakfast was 1 whole egg and 1 egg whites scrambled with 1/2 tbsp of olive oil and turkey bacon 🥓. I normally don't eat turkey bacon because IMO it tastes like rubber, however I found this brand Good & Gather uncredited Turkey Bacon@target and its really good. I'll be buying this brand on a regular basis.
Shirt by All In Motion from @target in lavender, they have a wide variety of tops to choose from, I particularly love this design/style. I have 2 of these and plan to get it in black soon.
Shorts by SOHO apparel , I purchased them from Marshall's a few years ago and the inseam doesn't provide any website information. These are very comfy and flexible with all your movements.
